If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return, you must first contact Breil Customer Service at 1-800-874-0907 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. If you would prefer to email, please complete the form above in Contact Us, and state “Breil Return” in the Subject line. If your purchase was made within 15 days, we will issue you a return shipping label at no charge to you. However, if after 15 days, you may return product (up to 30 days after purchase) using your choice of shipping method but must obtain a Return Authorization Number or we will not accept the return.

Please note our Customer Service office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am through 5:00pm EDT. Also note that your credit card will be refunded upon receipt of your merchandise.
